It starts on the day your application is accepted and processed. Your monthly subscription will be set up through GoCardless. There is an initial 14-day time period from the start of your contract where a repair request cannot be made.

After your payment has been processed you will receive a welcome email which will include our full terms and conditions. A member of our team will contact you to arrange for a technical engineer to survey and service the boiler and provide you with your welcome pack which will include full details of the package you have chosen.
